Instructions

1. Begin by typing the name of a food. As you type, a list of foods matching will appear.
2. Select the food.
   • Click or touch the food for which you would like water data displayed.
   • On a keyboard, use the up and down arrows to access the matching foods. Hit "Enter" when are ready to select an item.
3. Once you have clicked or touched the food or hit "Enter", the food you selected will be displayed below.
